We hope you are well and managing as best possible in these challenging times!

Due to the growing concern around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and following the guidance provided by world health authorities, Qumu will be converting its previously-scheduled May Customer Summits for both Dallas and London into shorter virtual events. Taking inspiration from one technology CEO who recently said, “This is an opportunity when tech can step in and shine,” we will be delivering both May events using our own, cloud-based Enterprise Video platform.

The currently scheduled dates for both the USA and EMEA summits will stand, but the events themselves will be converted to shorter events—basically three hours total, with a 30-minute break. And as a reminder, those dates are as follows:

The Qumu Summit: Americas
May 14, 2020—3-hour virtual event

The Qumu Summit: EMEA
May 21, 2020—3-hour virtual event

Registration information, start times and agendas for these events will be released in the next several weeks, but we ask that you please save these dates if you have not done so already. In addition, we are committing to holding in-person Qumu Summits in the Fall of 2020, in both Dallas and London. As the current worldwide situation becomes more clear, we will solidify our dates and conference locations, and have registration information out to all of you in plenty of time.

Whether you plan to join us at our virtual events, or our live events or both, we look forward to sharing our product updates, customer success stories and best practices with you over the next six months. Be safe, please stay in touch, and feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions.

Director of Marketing
